How It Works

Getting a better HOA website shouldn’t become another board project.

We’ve designed the process so your board provides the community knowledge and approvals. HOASitePro handles the website work—from setup and migration to ongoing updates.

THE HANDOFF

Your board provides the information.
We manage the website.

From signup to ongoing service

A clear process, start to finish.

There’s no CMS training and no expectation that someone on the board learns web development. We keep responsibilities simple.

01

Choose a website design

Start with the HOASitePro design that best fits your community. We customize it with your association’s name, branding, photography, information and documents.

No blank-canvas design process
02

Tell us about your HOA

Complete a straightforward onboarding form with your community details, board contacts, domain information and the pages or resources your residents need.

One organized intake instead of a long email chain
03

Send us what you already have

Upload governing documents, meeting information, forms, logos and photos. If you already have a website, give us the URL and we can use it as a starting point for the migration.

We organize the material for the new site
04

We build, review and launch

Our team assembles the site, formats the content, configures the technical pieces and sends you a private preview. After your board reviews it and approves the site, we launch it on your HOA’s domain.

You approve it before residents see it
05

Send future changes through your portal

After launch, your board does not become the webmaster. Submit a request, attach a document and tell us what needs to change. HOASitePro handles the website update and tracks the request to completion.

The managed service continues after launch
Already have a website?

You don’t have to start from scratch.

Most associations already have years of documents and useful information online. We can use the existing site as a source, move the material that should carry forward, and reorganize it inside your new HOASitePro design.

Organized. Current. Managed.
Your domain stays yours

Keep the web address your residents already know.

If your HOA already has a domain, there is no reason to start over with a new address. The association keeps ownership while HOASitePro connects it to the new website and manages the technical setup.

Updating the site is a request—not a chore.

Your board gets a private client portal for website requests. Instead of editing pages yourself, tell us what changed and attach anything we need.
